Sample & Production
Can I order a sample first before the bulk production?
Yes, getting a sample of your packaging before placing your first production order is perfect to test the size and get a visual representation of your artwork printed on a box. We also can provide pre-production sample and show you the video before the bulk production.
Do you offer free samples?
Unfortunately, we currently will charge sample fee for your packaging. But we can also support free pre-production sample after confirming and paying for the order.
Do you provide expedited production?
Please let us know if you need a rush order. Our production time is really there, but we will help to push the production as much as we can. What’s more, we do offer expedited shipping methods.
What is your sample production time?
Sample production typically takes 5-7 days depending on packaging type.
What is your bulk production time?
Production typically takes 12-20 days depending on packaging type, and 16-25 days for larger volume orders.
Where is your packaging produced?
We are located at the international city Shanghai in China. We have a real factory here.
Will my finished boxes match the color on my screen?
Not exactly – The colors on your screen may vary from the printed packaging. Since displays/monitors utilize the RGB color space while printers operate using CMYK color space. Additionally, printing on different paper material can also cause color variance as well. (Printing on kraft vs. white paper)
What is CMYK?
CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black and is the color space commonly used to all prints.
What is the difference between digital print and offset print?
Digital print is to use a digital printer to print directly on the material, similar to how a desktop inkjet printer works.
Lower print quality than offset printing.
It does not require an additional molding fee, making it more affordable for samples.
Offset print uses metal plates to layer color in succession, offering superior image quality and greater cost-efficiency for larger volume production runs.
High printing quality.
Cost effective for high quantity orders.
