Eco Packaging
Do you provide FSC materials?
We provide FSC materials for a selected range of our packaging products. Please note that although your company do needs to be FSC-certified to be able to label your packaging as FSC® certified. This is part of the Chain of Custody requirements as set out by FSC.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes! All paper based materials are made with at least 50% post-consumer content, and we use soy-based ink for all print. If your packaging requires lamination, it will be less eco-friendly since lamination is made with a layer of thin plastic.
How do colors look when printed on kraft paper?
Colors tend to look darker/duller when printed on kraft paper. When printing on kraft, we strongly suggest only black or white ink to ensure it comes out nicely.
How should the boxes be stored?
For boxes made of cardboard or corrugated material, we recommend the following storage environments:
Store it in a dry and cool area. (Humidity can cause boxes to be damp and moldy)
Away from all direct light including sunlight. (Light can cause ink to break molecularly and then the color looks faded)
Store horizontally to avoid bends or creases.
