What formats of my artwork will I provide you?
Please send us your artwork in a dieline file (PDF or AI format) that can be edited in Adobe Illustrator.

A dieline serves as a blueprint that ensures the correct layout for artwork designs on your packaging. It is essential to the die-cutting and gluing process as it gives our machines the appropriate information to precisely cut and fold areas of your packaging.
Can I get a die line template to create my design?
Yes, we will provide free die line template to create your own design. Standard dieline templates can be found here.
Can you help with the design?
Yes, we offer professional graphic design service to help you craft the perfect packaging. Not everyone has an artistic touch, but that shouldn’t stop you from having personalized, high-quality packaging for your business. Send us your logo file and ideas and we will hep you to bring your concept to life.
Can I change the design once the order has been placed?
Upon the approval of your final proof and your order has progressed to the mass production stage, please be aware that changing the design is impossible. Kindly note that any necessary adjustments to the production process or restarting it, may result in additional charges.
