What is the minimum order quantity for mailer boxes?
30 Units for standard sizes and 100 units for custom sizes. Mailer with an adhesive have a higher MOQ 300 units. The MOQ is based on every unique box (e.g. size, design).
How long does production take?
Production typically takes 12-17 days, and 15-21 days for larger volume orders.
How long does shipping take?
Air freight options range from 7-21 days, while ocean freight range from 26-71 days. If you need some packaging expedited earlier, consider splitting your shipment between air and ocean.
Can you provide Door to Door shipping?
Yes, we can provide All-in Door to Door shipping freight. So you don’t have to worry about the Customs and Taxes. You just wait the packages delivered to your hand.

What format should I provide my artwork to you in?
Please send us your artwork in a dieline file (PDF or AI format) that can be edited in Adobe Illustrator. Please keep the dieline as a separate layer in your AI file, and be sure to follow all of these dieline design tips to ensure your artwork file is production-ready.
Can I order a sample first before the bulk production?
Yes, ordering one box is perfect if you’d like a sample to check out before committing to a large box. We also can provide pre-production sample and show you the video before the bulk production.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, the official quotation you receive from us are final except you changed the specifications after our quotation. Then we will recheck the accurate pricing accordingly.
